Meet The Coach
Jenaline possesses an impressive track record as a corporate executive whose career spans a wide range of job functions, including product management, marketing, sales & channel management, customer service, business development, strategic planning and operations management. Her industry sector experience includes semiconductor, info-communication technology, training, healthcare and sustainable energy. In her recent portfolios, she was in executive management positions and a board member of several private and non-profit organizations. Her work with MNCs involved overseas assignments in Germany, USA and Japan. Subsequently, she moved into strategic roles in local start-ups and managed a Singapore public listed company. Some of the organizations she has worked for are Texas Instruments (Micron), Siemens Nixdorf, Lotus Development (IBM) and NTUC group of companies.
In her private life, Jenaline is a ball of energy and has a great sense for adventure. She enjoys horseback riding in USA, alpine skiing in Japan and basking in the sun at beautiful beach resorts in South East Asia. Jenaline keeps herself fit and healthy by biking weekly, works out at the gym and counts her calories. In her former years, she attained a black belt in Aikido, a Japanese self-defence martial arts and has rekindled her love for scuba diving after more than 15 years.
Jenaline has a Bachelor degree in Engineering and a Master degree in Business Administration. She is a Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) in The Art and Science of Coaching with Erickson College International (Vancouver, Canada) and an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF). Jenaline is an advocate for sustainable energy and it is her dream to contribute to mother earth. Her vision is to bring light into the places of darkness in the less developed countries using renewable energy. Jenaline also provides pro bono coaching and mentoring through ICF Singapore Chapter and Protege Asia.
